From the play "Rendezvous In Old Nauvoo" the men are saying that they need to make preparations to leave Nauvoo sooner than they had originally planned.
In this scene Vernon (Peter) is talking to Carol (Abigail) he is trying to get her to read the Book of Mormon. She has came to visit him because Ezra has asked her to marry her and she really wants Peter to ask her to marry him instead. She finally leaves mad at him, but he manages to put his Book of Mormon in her pickle barrel. It does have a happy ending.
It is a really neat part in the play. Vernon and Carol play these parts really well.

These are photos of the Relief Society quilting bee. Where they sing of the Ashby family. Jan really needs some glasses to thread that needle. Ramona is on the other side of the stage in the same scene. I think she already has her needle threaded and is waiting for the meeting to begin.
